00:09 the question that I always find 00:11 interesting and we've talked a little 00:13 bit about this is what's the price or 00:15 why is your price higher than the other 00:18 guy's price that I got what we find is 00:22 that a properly designed system B 00:26 duct work register and boot size the 00:28 proper returns the proper static 00:30 pressure the Watts draw all these other 00:33 things a job done right sometimes can 00:36 cost a little bit more money than a guy 00:37 this is going to come in and change the 00:38 box when you're dealing with a 00:40 professional company you're gonna deal 00:41 with a company that's gonna do 00:42 everything that you don't think about 00:45 you're not thinking about gas flexes and 00:47 electrical and drains and slope and you 00:51 know air flow static pressure or gas 00:53 pressure all that other stuff you're 00:54 thinking I'm taking a box out and 00:55 putting a box in we have those companies 00:59 we call them box changers they come take 01:01 one box out and then they put another 01:03 box in and at the end of the day the 01:05 system works the exact same way it did 01:06 before your original system broke the 01:08 life expectancy is dramatically 01:10 shortened because it can't work properly 01:12 and those are the guys that you'll find 01:14 are gonna have the cheaper price those 01:16 are also the guys that we talked about 01:18 earlier that you may get change orders 01:19 with too so be careful for that one here 01:22 at certified everything is one price 01:24 we're gonna come out we're gonna design 01:26 the system to work to its needs we're 01:28 gonna give you a total before you sign 01:30 anything to say let's get the work done 01:32 with no change orders and at the end of 01:34 the day we want to make sure it's right 01:35 for the application so that it meets all 01:37 the needs of the home meets all the 01:39 requirements of the city and the state 01:40 in title 24 and of course meets the 01:43 requirements of you and home to keep you 01:44 comfortable so sometimes you got to be 01:46 careful with price because we're not a 01:49 commodity right commodity is salt 01:51 if salts $2 cheaper at the store across 01:54 the street obviously go across this to 01:56 the store across the street and buy the 01:57 salt $2 cheaper because that's a 01:59 commodity but in my world they were all 02:01 skilled craftsmen there are some people 02:03 that don't pay very much on an hourly 02:05 rate don't necessarily have skilled 02:07 craftsmen and there are some other 02:09 people that have very expensive hourly 02:11 rates because the guys have tons of 02:13 experience and really know what they're 02:15 doing and know how to get the system 02:16 home din so again be careful when you're 02:19 looking at heating and air-conditioning 02:20 because it's not all about the
