Muscadine grapes and grapes in general are pretty forgiving plants, that’s why you’ll see them growing just about every where down here in the south. Planting them and training them to grow down a trellis is easy with the right know how.

With a little care muscadine grapes can provide enormous amounts of grapes for years and years to come. They do best in full sun and in an area that’s not prone to flooding. Grapes also prefer slightly acidity soil, but will tolerate moderately alkaline soil as well.
