India and West Indies will clash in first test match of the series from 22 August in Antigua. However, Team management and captain Virat Kohli will be facing big dilemma ahead of them for the playing XI of the first test. The first major decision would be whether team will play with 5 bowlers or 4 bowlers. In both the conditions, there are questions on place of Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane and Hanuma Vihari for the first test match. If they go on with 5 bowlers, then 2 of these 3 players will not play in first test. Team Management can also take a big decision of dropping vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane from first test.

भारत और वेस्टइंडीज के बीच टेस्ट सीरीज की शुरूआत 22 अगस्त से हो रही है। इस सीरीज का पहला मैच एंटीगुआ में खेला जाएगा। हालांकि इस मैच के लिए टीम मैनेजमेंट और टीम इंडिया के कप्तान विराट कोहली को प्लेयिंग XI को लेकर काफी माथापच्ची करनी होगी। इसमें से सबसे अहम निर्णय ये होगा की टीम 5 गेंदबाजों के साथ उतरना चाहती है या 4 गेंदबाजों के साथ। हालांकि दोनों ही स्थिति में टीम की प्लेयिंग XI में रोहित शर्मा, उप कप्तान अजिंक्य रहाणे और हनुमा विहारी की जगह पर तलवार लटकी हुई है। अगर भारत 5 गेंदबाज के साथ उतरता है तो इनमें से 2 खिलाड़ियों को प्लेयिंग XI में जगह नहीं मिल पाएगी। टीम मैनेजमेंट अजिंक्य रहाणे को बाहर करने का बड़ा कदम भी उठा सकता है। रहाणे का टेस्ट क्रिकेट में प्रदर्शन पिछले काफी समय से अच्छा नहीं रहा है।
