Did you know that when you add lemon juice to the baking soda, it creates a chemical reaction?

Let's do the experiment to get more information:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You Need:
-------------------------
Some Lemons
Baking Soda
Food Coloring
Popsicle Stick

Directions:
-------------------------
1. Cut Lemon in half.
2. Poke lemon pulp with Popsicle stick or spoon to make the pulp soft and juicy.
3. Add food color in lemon.
4. Add baking soda on top and see the form and bubbles coming out from the lemon.
5. Squeeze some more lemon on top to create more form.

Reason:
-------------------------
Adding baking soda to the lemon juice creates a chemical reaction. Lemon juice is an acid. When lemon and base of baking soda combine, they create carbon dioxide. Bubbling, fizzing carbon dioxide creates slow eruption of color. You can squeeze more lemon juice on the top of lemon to create more form and fizzing effect.
