The international community is criticizing Washington's recent test of a ground-launched cruise missile,... just weeks after pulling out of a key treaty with Russia that banned such moves.
The Kremlin said on Tuesday that last Sunday's missile test showed the U.S. has long been preparing to exit the nuclear pact known as the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty or INF.
China also said the test will intensify global arms race, which in turn would have a negative impact on the region and global security.
Earlier last week, North Korea also said U.S. missile deployments to South Korea would have negative effects... worse than the THAAD deployment.
