Knowing that rhino horns are highly prized , Dvur Kralove Zoo in Czech Republic is cutting the horns of their own rhinos to deter poachers to attack the zoo. They came into action after a poacher attack happened in a zoo in france.
However, the rhino is not physically harmed by the cutting of the horns because it doesn’t have a life tissue and is made of compacted matter like human hair and nails.
