Sunbathing for 30 minutes a day produces vitamin D in your body, which protects against inflammation, and may even protect against cancer.
But overexposure to UV rays can cause sunburns, and that includes not only the skin, but also the eyes.
Over time, too much sun exposure can trigger specific types of eye diseases to occur so make sure you are properly protected before heading outside even for a short time.
Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update.
Heatwave advisories are in effect across the country today,... especially in the western regions and the capital area.
On Tuesday, the weather is expected to stay hot under sunny skies in Seoul whereas Jeju and the southern provinces are expecting precipitations into the afternoon.
Beijing also has rain in its forecast, with temperatures expected to drop to the twenties.
Tomorrow's rain will expand nationwide on Wednesday and Thursday. The southern coastal areas are expected to see the most amount of precipitation, up to 80 mm of rain.
The morning lows are more bearable now, while afternoon highs will fall below the 30 degrees Celsius mark.
Seoul will wake up to 22 degrees Celsius tomorrow,... while Deagu and Busan hit 24, and Jeju wakes up to 25 degrees.
The heatwave will continue to bring scorching weather, with Seoul reaching 33 degrees,... Gyeongju 28 and Busan 29 degrees Celsius.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
