Feud With Cardi B.
In a recent appearance on the ‘Joe Budden Podcast,’
Nicki Minaj discussed a new trend on social media that
sees people ranking the top 50 rappers of all time. .
I would feel so f------ crazy if I
had number ones and Grammys
and ain't on nobody top 50 list, Nicki Minaj, on ‘Joe Budden Podcast’.
Many fans thought this was in reference to
Cardi’s 2019 Grammy win for best rap album,
as well as her two number one singles.
Minaj then went on to speak about how she
achieved her own “authentic” success without
reality shows or Instagram popularity. .
[I came] in this game with an authentic
come up, writing raps, and doing what
the f--- was really actually necessary.

This was also taken as a dig at Cardi, as she rose
to fame on Instagram and appeared on the reality show
“Love and Hip Hop” before her career officially took off. .
Shortly afterwards, Cardi took to Twitter to fire back
at Minaj, posting a photo of her recent album sales. .
