Kaohsiung mayor visits OFWs in church

The mayor of Kaosiung City, Taiwan delivered a message to the Filipino community before the start of Sunday mass at the local church. This was the first time a Taiwanese official talked to a group of Filipinos after the shooting incident near Batanes. Mornings@ANC, May 27, 2013
