MANILA, Philippines – Ariella Arida, a 24-year-old from Laguna, will be the country’s representative to the Miss Universe pageant this year after she was named Miss Universe Philippines 2013 during the Binibining Pilipinas Gold coronation night on Sunday at the Araneta Coliseum. Meanwhile, Bea Rose Santiago, 23, from Masbate, was named Bb. Pilipinas-International, while Joanna Cindy Miranda of Nueva Ecijia, also 23, was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-Tourism. Finally, 20-year-old Mutya Johanna Datul of Isabela was crowned Bb Pilipinas Supranational.
