Girls की Marriage Age बढ़ाने की मांग उठी, 21 Years के बाद ही ब्याही जाएं बेटियां

There has been a demand to increase the marriage age of girls. By filing a petition in the Supreme Court, BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay has demanded that the minimum age for marriage of girls should be 21 years. In the petition, he has also made the Government of India a party. It has been said that placing girls at a younger age than boys is a violation of the fundamental rights of equality, freedom and dignified life.

लड़कियों की शादी की उम्र 21 साल करने की मांग सुप्रीम कोर्ट में की गई है.. और ये मांग बीजेपी नेता अश्विनी उपाध्याय ने याचिका दायर कर की है... याचिका में उन्होंने भारत सरकार को भी पार्टी बनाया है... कहा है कि लड़कों की तुलना में लड़कियों की कम उम्रसीमा रखना संविधान से मिले समानता, स्वतंत्रता और गरिमामयी जीवन के मौलिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन है.... उपाध्याय ने याचिका में कहा है कि अभी लड़कों की शादी के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 21 साल है. जबकि लड़कियों के लिए 18 साल... आखिर इसका आधार क्या है...
