STREETTANGO ADVENTURES LAS PALMAS-MADRID Nov.2018

Visiting Las Palmas on a certain date where their tend to be 4 days of dancing,
using a cheap flight but no return, gave me the opportunity to include Madrid as I knew the price would probably be much cheaper than the returnflight of €90.
When it went down as low as €15 I booked it and another for €15 to fly back to Eindhoven.
Unfortunately there were local holidays so some organizers weren’t there,
leaving only 1 dance opportunity with one extra later on so I decided to try and get some people together to dance outside in the park.
People from these islands seem not that open for foreigners though, so I found a guy with experience organizing and soon we had a date planned with more than 40 people turning up.
Acro was more difficult as no-one wanted to meet with this unknown foreigner until a lady from Budapest who found my invitation online, connected me with a Polish friend of hers working in a hostel in the centre of the island.
She came and meet me on the beach doing some acro and later we met again with even 6 others joining in to play acro on the roof of the building with a beautiful view on the nature surrounding the place.
Madrid was great for meeting adventurous people from all over the world and we danced every day.
