Another weekend, another stunning victory for a South Korean golfer in the LPGA.
This time it was Hur Mi-jung,... who scored six birdies in the final nine holes of the final round on Sunday to win the Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open.
With four players tied for the lead going into the final nine holes,... the 29-year-old stepped up her game to capture her first LPGA title in five years.
The 20-under par finish also gives her the 72-hole tournament record,... as she finished a comfortable four strokes ahead of two other competitors tied for second.
The victory makes her the seventh different LPGA winner from South Korea during the 2019 season.
