President Moon has expressed hope that Korea can further promote ties with Uzbekistan.
His comments came as he met with the newly-elected chair of Uzbekistan's Senate, Tanzila Narbayeva, in Seoul earlier today.
Moon added that he hopes her trip will further facilitate the special strategic partnership between the two nations.
The Senate leader thanked the president and the South Korean people for their hospitality.
