Congressman Kevin McCarthy pushing to have Kern and San Bernardino counties declared disaster areas

It's been more than a month since massive earthquakes rocked the towns of Ridgecrest and Trona. And now Kern County Congressman and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is lending his support to get the areas designated as disaster areas.
