Mulvaney: Guns Don't Kill People, Social Media Does

Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney commented on social media's role in events like Saturday's mass shootings.
According to Business Insider, Mulvaney referenced the manifesto that the El Paso,Texas shooter seemingly posted online.

Mulvaney also took issue with Beto O'Rourke, who said President Trump uses rhetoric that stokes racism.
