National Assembly's defense committee briefed on N. Korea's recent provocations

The National Assembly's defense committee is holding a Q&A session over North Korea's recent provocations.
The regime launched multiple projectiles into the East Sea over the course of just over a week.
The defense ministry said it's analyzing the projectiles,... and has stepped up monitoring with the U.S.
The ruling party questioned North Korea's intentions as well as Seoul's response measures.
The opposition criticized the North... and claimed the launches violated an inter-Korean military agreement aimed at easing tensions.
Later today, rival parties are expected to adopt a resolution condemning the North's provocations.
Also up for discussion were the recent violations of South Korea's air defense identification zone by China and Russia,... and the undetected entry of a North Korean fishing boat into the South's waters.
