Power is restored following major blackout in New York

Power's been restored to all of New York city after an outage lasting several hours. The difficulties started with a fire in an electrical transformer in Manhattan - the most densely populated of the city's five boroughs. Street lights and traffic lights were put out of action - and the Subway system was affected. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
