The 30-year-old had been in jail since July 3 following a violent incident with a fan in the city of Stockholm.
The NYC-born rapper now awaits
the verdict from his assault trial,
which is expected August 14.

Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Athelaston Mayers, has been granted permission to leave Sweden
before his fate is revealed.
The "Purple Swag" rapper
was originally jailed for
attacking a fan back on June 30.
But in his view, Rocky claims he was acting in self-defense against the alleged victim,
19-year-old Mustafa Jafari.
Prosecutors claim Rocky and two members of his entourage attacked Jafari on purpose and
used a bottle against him.
They are seeking a
prison sentence of six months.
