The speaker of the South Korean parliament, Moon Hee-sang, has expressed deep regret over Japan's whitelist decision.
Moon said he cannot help but voice disappointment,... and that the Japanese government will be responsible for any diplomatic, security or economic repercussions that its decision has from this point on
South Korea's political parties also convened emergency meetings after Tokyo's announcement,... to discuss ways to respond.
