12 BOC district collectors resign

MANILA - Twelve district collectors of the Bureau of Customs have submitted their resignations following Commissioner Ruffy Biazon's order for their reassignments. The directive is part of the agency's reform plans. Biazon gave district collectors until today to hand in their resignations. Among those who have vacated their posters are NAIA collector Carlos So, Manila International Container Port collector Ricardo Belmonte and Port of Manila collector Rogel Gatchalian.
