The General Secretary of the Construction Workers Union of the Argentine Republic (UOCRA), Rogelio Coria, announces the list with the members for the next period. The representative of the boxing delegation together with Miguel Angel Paez gives José Ignacio Rucci a scroll and announces the names of the signatories. The female branch representative hands Rucci a bouquet of flowers and then delivers a speech on behalf of the women's movement. José Rucci is elected for another period and then gives a speech where he says: - "The most important thing that this national congress of the General Confederation of Labor has thrown is the most absolute pre-affirmation of unity, solidarity and organization, and if this were not enough It has adorned with categorical definitions that mark a line of conduct that nests in all the hearts of those who have a deep affection for our country and that line that has been shaped in this congress implies nothing more or nothing less than the determination that is born and It is a political philosophy that is simply called Peronism and when we talk about Peronism we mark that line that our elders will bequeath us in a national sense and I reject any foreign contamination that intends to nest in the spirit of the Argentines. involve a day of joy also determine who we will assume again the leadership of the central worker a tremendous responsibility. We are all perfectly persuaded that our country at all levels is being debated in the face of chaos as never happened in history, not only a chaos in matters related to the material but also the disbelief of our people against to the misgovernments that have assumed the responsibility of driving the country and facing this alternative, in the face of this historical situation, the Argentine labor movement is not willing to be a simple witness of the events but is going to be introduced headlong into that process and it will happen to be the great protagonist of all those events that are reflected in the feelings of the people. The time in which the workers were satisfied with the discussion of a salary or the claim of the solution of professional interests is over. Today the labor movement is perfectly clear and knows that the way of claiming the homeland has only one name and has only one cause that generates precisely this state of crisis that we are enduring and that cause is the cause of the people.
