Rescued migrants brought by ship to Almeria, Spain

A Moroccan rescue boat has taken 156 migrants rescued in the western Mediterranean, to the port of Almeria in Spain.

The migrants were found in three boats, travelling between North Africa and Spain on Monday afternoon.

They arrived in Almeria on Monday night.

It comes amid a crackdown on migrant attempts to reach Italy, under its current far-right government.
