Survivors of migrant boat tragedy languish in Libya

Survivors of a boat sinking off the coast of Libya take refuge under an abandoned building in Khoms, north-east of the capital Tripoli. More than 100 migrants are missing after the incident which might be the worst tragedy in the Mediterranean this year, aid agencies say.
