Fruit Custard Trifle by MJ's Kitchen - dawat recipe in Urdu

Ingredients:
½ packet Red Jelly - dissolve in hot water & cool it
½ packet Green Jelly - dissolve in hot water & cool it
1 small plain Cake
750ml Milk
1 Cup Seasonal Fruits of your choice
2 tbsp Almonds
2 tbsp Raisins
3 tbsp Custard Powder
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Condensed Milk

Method:
- In a pan add Milk and sugar and bring it to the boil.
- Mix Custard powder in half cup cold milk and add to the boiling milk, whisk continuously.
- Whisk well until thickens.
- Turn the flame off and add condensed milk and let the custard cool down.
- For assembling, put cake at bottom of the serving bowl then fruits, jelly and pour prepared custard on this.
- Now garnish the top with more jelly, almonds, raisins, fruit etc. The choice is yours how beautifully you want to present it.
- Serve cold.
- Fruit custard trifle with jelly is ready.
