Johanna Quaas trains twice a week, preferably on the bars. Aged 8, she took part in her first competition and was the 1983 East German champion in Leipzig.
In 2012, she was entered into the Guinness Book of Records for being the world's oldest gymnast in competition. Many young bucks look pretty old compared to her!
