How likely is it that John Bolton has a message from Trump to both Tokyo and Seoul to mediate between the two? And for what cost?

Seoul's Blue House is reportedly even considering making changes to GSOMIA military information-sharing pact with Tokyo. Is that worrisome for Washington? How do you expect this Seoul, Tokyo trade dispute to pan out in the coming weeks and months?
