Bogota, July 17 (EFE), (Cameras: David Casasus and Juan Diego Lopez).-The President of Colombia, Ivan Duque, on Wednesday said that the guerrilla of the National Liberation Army (ELN) recruits minors in Venezuela with the consent of Nicolas Maduro, who also protects the dissidents of the FARC.
