Japan Mass Stabbing, Two Killed, 15 Schoolgirls Injured

Reuters reports A schoolgirl and an adult man were killed and 15 other young girls injured in a stabbing at a bus stop just outside Tokyo on Tuesday. Another man detained at the scene also later died. Sixteen other girls between the ages of 6 and 12 and a woman were wounded by the man, who appeared to be in his 50s and died later of a self-inflicted wound. Police said an 11-year-old girl and a 39-year-old man were killed, but declined to give further details.
