Russia Looks To Expand Arctic Fleet As Part Of Ambitious New Program

According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, Russia launched a nuclear powered icebreaker as part of its ambitious program to renew and expand its fleet in order to improve its ability to tap the Arctic's commercial potential. The ship is reportedly one of three that, once completed, will be the largest and most powerful icebreakers in the world.
