European Countries Issue Heat Warnings For Citizens

Europeans are trying to keep cool as a record-breaking heat wave has settled over the region. France has set the highest temperature in recorded history at 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Mother Nature Network reports that French officials have declared a "red alert" weather warning- issuing advice on how to keep cool and stay safe, in an attempt to protect its citizens from heat-related injuries and death.
