Monsoon is rearing its head once again in the country's financial capital.Water-logging and heavy traffic jams also brought the city to a complete halt. Early morning traffic jams were witnessed at Bandra, Santacruz and Vile Parle with officegoers reporting a travel time of two hours between Borivali and Bandra.

దేశ ఆర్థిక రాజధాని ముంబైపై వరుణుడి ప్రతాపం కొనసాగుతోంది. గత వారం కురిసిన వర్షాల నుంచి కోలుకోకముందే నగరాన్ని మరోసారి భారీ వానలు ముంచెత్తుతున్నాయి. సోమవారం తెల్లవారుజాము నుంచి కురుస్తున్న కుండపోత వర్షాల కారణంగా రోడ్లన్నీ చెరువులను తలపిస్తున్నాయి. జనం ఇంట్లో నుంచి బయట అడుగుపెట్టలేని పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది. వర్షాల కారణంగా భారీగా ట్రాఫిక్ జాం కావడంతో స్కూళ్లకు వెళ్లే విద్యార్థులతో పాటు ఉద్యోగులు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొన్నారు.
