Marking a quarter of a century since the death of North Korean founder Kim Il-sung,... North Korea is encouraging its people to follow the founder's teachings and focus on building a strong economy.
Pyeongyang's ruling party newspaper Rodong Sinmun published an op-ed on Monday.... calling on the people to work towards a bright socialist and self-reliant North Korea.
It warned anti-North Korea policies continue from "hostile forces,".... but said, the regime has great potential to overcome them.
It's not yet known whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-un went to the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun to pay tribute to his grandfather.
He went there every year from 2012 to 2017,... but did not go last year
