Pakistan need to bowl out Bangladesh for 8 or less if they want to reach the knockout stage after Mustafizur Rahman took his second successive five-wicket haul to keep Pakistan at 315 for 9 at Lord's. Imam-ul-Haq (100), Babar Azam (96) and Imad Wasim (43) scored the bulk of runs for Pakistan. Imad scored his maiden World Cup century before getting out to a bizarre dismissal. They lost Fakhar Zaman early after winning the toss and opting to bat.
