문 대통령, "남북간 평화 만들어내는데 기독교계가 앞장서주길"

President Moon Jae-in has asked South Korea's Christian community to play an active role in establishing peace on the Peninsula,... and in restoring social unity between the two Koreas.
He made the request during a luncheon at the Blue House earlier today where he sought advice on state affairs from leaders of major Christian groups.
Moon noted that Christians are already providing humanitarian aid to the North and engaging in religious exchanges, asking them to continue helping with efforts for peace and to help integrate the two societies.
Although it's something that should be achieved through politics, he said,... it would help if religion can make up for what politics cannot accomplish.
The president plans to organize another meeting with the Buddhist community later this month.
