Rajeshwar Thakur a daily wage-labourer from Gharbahdih village in Rohtas district of Bihar built the congratulatory gate in support of PM #NarendraModi 's #Demonetisation move. The #CongratulatoryGate, designed by Thakur himself, was started on November 8, 2016 and completed on January 1 in 2017.
