Congress general secretary for eastern UP #PriyankaGandhi arrived in Lucknow to kick-start #electioncampaign in Uttar Pradesh.
The Congress leader will embark on a 140 km-long Ganga Yatra. During her 3-day campaign, she will have the 'boat pe charcha' with students from across the state.
