#Pongal is back and so is #Jallikattu. Day two in #Palamedu village in #Madurai saw a huge number of people turning up to see the famed bull-taming sport.

After the administering of the jallikattu oath, the jallikattu was flagged off in the presence of the Superintendent of Police N Manivannan and Sholavandan MLA K Manickam. Following this, seven temple bulls were unleashed through the 'vadivasal' in accordance with the customary practice.
