Biggest Pan Of Taiwanese Oyster Omelette Being Cooked

The fried oyster egg is said to be one of the must try food when one visits Taiwan

The taste is very different from those from Singapore or Malaysia. The Taiwanese version texture is more thinner and gooey, there's green vegetables and sweet sauce is poured over it

This place was recommended by the locals and its beside Ning Xia Road Night Market. Was pretty crowded and Its quite cool to see the plates of oyster omelette being guided with a conveyor belt!

Though we are not a fan of the Taiwanese fried oyster egg cos we are much use to the taste of it back home, the oysters were very fresh, big and juicy!
