Richard Ratcliffe entered the eighth day of his hunger strike in solidarity with his wife Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, imprisoned in Iran.
The footage was filmed on Saturday 22 June outside the Iranian embassy in London, where the protest is being held.
Ms Zaghari-Ratcliffe has been in jail in Iran since 2016, when she was arrested and then convicted on spying charges. She denies spying and the UK government has demanded her release.
Mr Ratcliffe's hunger strike is in solidarity with his wife's own hunger strike in jail in Iran.
