Cheesy Mince Calzones - nonfried snack

Cheesy Mince filled Calzones - full recipe with dough making & ground beef filling. Calzone recipe in Urdu

Ingredients:
For Dough:
2 cup Flour,
1½ tsp Yeast,
1 tsp Salt,
2 tbsp Oil,
Warm Water for kneading.

For filling:
½ kg Mince (ground beef)
1 tsp Mix Herbs,
1 tbsp Garlic,
2 tbsp Vinegar,
2 tbsp Ketchup,
2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Black Pepper,
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes,
1 cup Cheddar Cheese.

Method:
- First prepare the dough by mixing Flour, Yeast, Salt & oil. Mix them dry then add warm water gradually and knead the dough.
- Place it aside for 2 hours.
- Now prepare the filling.
- Turn on the flame, add 2 tbsp oil to the frying pan.
- Fry the garlic then add mince.
- Fry it until it changes the color.
- Now add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes.
- Fry it more two minutes.
- Now add mix herbs, ketchup, chili garlic sauce & vinegar.
- Fry it for more 1 minute.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Flat the dough with roller.
- Cut round shapes.
- Fill each with prepared mince and cheddar cheese.
- Make pockets by pressing the ends.
- Decorate the ends using fork.
- Poke holes on top with fork.
- Bake them at 180 degree for 15 minutes.
- Let them cool down then pack in zip lock bags to freeze or bake them for further 10 minutes to enjoy now.
