This Gigantic Paella Can Feed More Than 20 People

At Jose Andres's new Disney Springs restaurant—his fifth Jaleo—chefs prepare a signature paella valenciana over fire. The paella features two proteins, lots of saffron and rice, as well as freshly grown herbs and vegetables. With it, they serve a salt air margarita, which allows guests to get a perfect hit of salt in every bite.
