Very Big Mistake'
Shooting Down US Drone President Donald
Trump made the
statement via Twitter. The tweet follows the
Iranian downing of a U.S.
drone near the Persian
Gulf on Thursday. The country's Revolutionary
Guard says the "intruding
American spy drone" entered
the country's territory. The president is reportedly
skeptical about entering into
a foreign conflict with Iran. But members of his staff
have been described as
"hawkish" concerning Iran. Those staff members
include Secretary of State
Mike Pompeo and National
Security Advisor John Bolton. The White House
has not yet clarified
the president's tweet.
