A group of foreign parents whose children attend a school in Paris' 20th arrondissement are attending evening classes at the same establishment to boost their French language skills and help them get involved in their children's schooling. "Before, I couldn't help my sons with their homework whereas now it's a pleasure, " says mother Dionkounda Kanoute, one of those participating in the scheme which will soon be widened to enable more parents to take part.
