The umpires cam for a fourth inspection at 7.30 PM only to call it off, thus making it the third match to be completely washed out.Weather has not been pleasent in England ever since the start of the World Cup 2019 and the fans who have been passionatley waiting for the World Cup since last 4 years must be really really dissapointed.
