North Korea appears to be possibly building another Sinpo-class ballistic missile submarine.
Citing recent satellite imagery of the North's Sinpo South Shipyard,.... U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North analyzed... that there are movements of parts and equipment in the staging area near the construction halls.
The website also said,.... a dozen small cranes, used for loading supplies onto submarines, have been placed along the quay of the boat basin.
North Korea currently has one 2-thousand-ton Sinpo-class diesel submarine that can carry one Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile.
There has been speculation that the regime is constructing a second submarine.
