Mark Harper launches his Tory leadership campaign

Conservative MP Mark Harper has claimed he's the only candidate who has a realistic and credible Brexit plan.
Speaking at his Tory leadership campaign launch, Mr Harper added that "it is not credible to say you can renegotiate the withdrawal agreement and get it through both Houses of Parliament by 31 October."
