Blue House official 'cautiously optimistic' that fourth inter-Korean summit could happen soon

A senior official at the Blue House says he is "cautiously optimistic" that a fourth inter-Korean summit could be held soon.
When asked by reporters on Friday... whether it could happen ahead of a planned South Korea-U.S. summit at the end of this month,... he said that Seoul is continuing to reach out to Pyeongyang to discuss the matter.
He also highlighted that U.S. President Donald Trump is repeatedly emphasizing the importance of dialogue with the North.
And although arranging talks with North Korea is difficult,... the official said the government is busy working on it.
