Good morning. It will be another mostly sunny and hot day. Heat wave advisories have been expanded to more areas. Daily highs will go up as high or even higher than yesterday... so those of you in the southern parts of the country will need to brace for another sweltering day with highs hovering around 33 degrees Celsius.

So a mostly sunny skies all day with strong UV rays. Busan and Jeju are kicking off the day at 20 degrees.

As for the highs, Daegu and Gyeongju will be blistering hot at 34 degrees. Drink plenty of water, find shade frequently and wear loose fitting clothing.

Tomorrow is Memorial Day here in Korea, a national holiday. As for the weather outlook in Seoul, it will be similar to today then light showers on Friday will reduce the highs a touch.
