Dharmendra Pradhan along with other winning BJP candidates from Odisha is visiting the Jagannath temple in Delhi this morning. This visit follows his entry into the union cabinet. He is credited with making inroads for BJP in Odisha and is the minister behind the BJP's flagship Ujjwala Yojana.
